1. Non-Refundable Fees | ফেরতযোগ্য নয় এমন ফি

All visa fees and service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes situations where the visa application is rejected, canceled, or delayed by the authorities.
সমস্ত ভিসা ফি এবং সার্ভিস চার্জ যেকোনো পরিস্থিতিতেই ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। এর মধ্যে ভিসা আবেদন প্রত্যাখ্যাত, বাতিল, বা কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা বিলম্বিত হলে এই শর্ত প্রযোজ্য।

2. Application Rejection | আবেদন প্রত্যাখ্যান

If your visa application is rejected by the relevant authorities, no refund will be issued for the visa fees or service charges paid. We have no control over the decision-making process of the embassy or consulate.
যদি আপনার ভিসা আবেদন সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা প্রত্যাখ্যাত হয়, তবে ভিসা ফি বা সার্ভিস চার্জ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না। দূতাবাস বা কনস্যুলেটের সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ প্রক্রিয়ায় আমাদের কোন নিয়ন্ত্রণ নেই।

3. Application Cancellation | আবেদন বাতিল

If you decide to cancel your application after submission, the visa fees and service charges are still non-refundable, regardless of the stage of processing.
আপনি যদি আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার পর আবেদন বাতিল করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেন, তবে ভিসা ফি এবং সার্ভিস চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য হবে না, প্রক্রিয়াকরণের যে কোনও ধাপের পরও।

4. Refund Process | রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া

In cases where a refund is eligible under specific terms outlined by the Malaysian government, only the visa fees (excluding service charges) may be considered for refund. The service charge is always non-refundable.
যেসব ক্ষেত্রে মালয়েশিয়া সরকারের দ্বারা নির্ধারিত নির্দিষ্ট শর্তের অধীনে রিফান্ড প্রাপ্য, সেখানে কেবল ভিসা ফি (সার্ভিস চার্জ ব্যতীত) ফেরত দেওয়া হতে পারে। সার্ভিস চার্জ সর্বদা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
