আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করে, আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনার আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার আগে দয়া করে এগুলি মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।
1. Application Status | আবেদনের অবস্থা
After submitting your eVisa application, your status will show as "In Progress" with your passport number. At this stage, we will await the necessary documents and payment to proceed further.
আপনার ইভিসা আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার পর, এটি "In Progress" (প্রক্রিয়াধীন) দেখাবে এবং আপনার পাসপোর্ট নম্বর যুক্ত থাকবে। এই পর্যায়ে, প্রয়োজনীয় নথি ও ফি পাওয়ার পরেই পরবর্তী ধাপে অগ্রসর হওয়া হবে।
2. Non-Refundable Fees | ফেরতযোগ্য নয় এমন ফি
Please note that the visa fees and service charges are non-refundable if your visa application is rejected by the authorities.
ভিসা আবেদন কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা প্রত্যাখ্যাত হলে, ভিসা ফি এবং সার্ভিস চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
3. Existing Application Issues | বিদ্যমান আবেদনের সমস্যা
If your visa application is already active or in progress with another agent or ID, we will not be able to process your current application until the previous application is canceled. If you choose to request a refund, only the visa fees are refundable. The service charge is non-refundable.
আপনার ভিসা আবেদন যদি ইতিমধ্যে অন্য এজেন্ট বা আইডির মাধ্যমে সক্রিয় থাকে, তবে আপনার নতুন আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া করা সম্ভব হবে না যতক্ষণ না আগের আবেদন বাতিল হয়। যদি আপনি ফেরতের অনুরোধ করেন, তবে কেবলমাত্র ভিসা ফি ফেরতযোগ্য, সার্ভিস চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
4. Visa Processing Time | ভিসা প্রক্রিয়ার সময়সীমা
The processing time for your visa depends on the embassy, consulate, or other relevant authorities. Please note that processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
ভিসা প্রক্রিয়ার সময় দূতাবাস, কনস্যুলেট বা অন্যান্য সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের উপর নির্ভরশীল। দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে প্রক্রিয়ার সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে এবং এটি আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে।
10. Email Verification and Processing Requirement | ইমেইল যাচাই ও প্রক্রিয়ার প্রয়োজনীয়তা
Once you submit your application and verify your email, Malaysia eVisa processing will begin. Your application will be held by Malaysian immigration until you complete all required steps. You must complete your application for your visa to be processed. Additionally, as per Malaysian visa law, you cannot process your visa through any other agency once your application has been submitted.
